Welcome to Kundli.Click, a consumer brand of Para Digital Technologies. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our free web tools, mobile applications, and enterprise APIs.

1. General Platform Usage

The astrological calculations, reports, and predictions provided by Kundli.Click are based on traditional Vedic, KP, and Lal Kitab methodologies. While our algorithms use highly accurate ephemeris data, astrology is an advisory field. We do not guarantee the occurrence of any specific event or outcome. The services are provided for entertainment, educational, and personal guidance purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old to use our premium services or seek live consultations.

2. API & Widget Terms of Service

Developers and businesses utilizing our Astrology JSON APIs or embeddable HTML Widgets must adhere to our usage limits based on their subscribed plan.

• Free Tier: Requires visible attribution to Kundli.Click. Abuse or artificial inflation of API calls will result in immediate suspension.
• Paid Tiers: Startup, Premium, and Enterprise plans offer increased request limits and dedicated support. SLA guarantees apply only to Custom Enterprise plans.
• Data Caching: You may cache API responses for performance, but you may not scrape our endpoints to build a competing database of astrological parameters.

3. Mobile Application Policies

Our Android and iOS applications ("Free Kundli Horoscope", "Panchangam", etc.) require certain device permissions to function correctly, such as internet access for fetching real-time planetary data and local storage for saving your Kundli profiles. Misuse of the app, attempting to reverse engineer the APK, or using automated scripts to interact with the app's backend is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from our services.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, standard refunds are handled under specific conditions:

API Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly or yearly API subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used months.

Premium PDF Reports: Since customized reports (like Sadesati or Manglik analysis) are generated and delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, if a technical error occurs and the report fails to generate after payment, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or a replacement report.

5. Limitation of Liability

Para Digital Technologies, its founders, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Any decisions you make based on astrological guidance—whether related to finances, health, or relationships—are solely your responsibility.
